The Everloving Sister Quintella, a comedian from Michael Jackson's hometown of Gary,Indiana has come up with a hilarious and scandalous spoof of the Thriller music video and the Burr Oak Cemetery scandal that is still playing out in the media today. It's a lite hearted look at an outrageous plot to rob graves and exploit thousands of poor and disheartened families.
The video stars The Everloving Sister Quintella Caldwell who teamed up with award winning film director Calvin Standifer,another Gary native, with the hope of promoting their careers. Sister Quintella has been performing stand-up comedy for over 20 years. Calvin created and directed such flims as "The Immigrant" and "Free To Be Free". "The Immigrant won "Best Short" at The Internatioanal Pam Afique Film Festival in Cannes. The Everloving Sister Quintella Caldwell dedicates the video to her late mentors: Bernie Mac, LaWanda Page, Rudy Ray Moore and Gary's favorite native son "The King Of Pop" Michael Jackson. It includes recently deceased incarnations of Farrah Fawcett, Ed McMan and Steve McNair. The most outlandish portrayal is that of the slain youth Emmett Till whose death ignited America's civil rights movement.
The over the top video was shot July 30,2009 in Gary, Indiana and released the following week on Youtube.
