On March 2011, the Philippines’ most awaited domestic trade show makes a comeback with more exciting products and services. Now on its 20th year, the National Trade Fair (NTF), will feature more flourishing micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) hailing from different parts of the country.
On its re-launch, NTF will not only showcase the best products from the regions, but also the most celebrated fiestas in the Philippines. Adopting the theme Festive Philippines, NTF embraces the thrill, enthusiasm and charm of Philippine Fiestas. Scheduled on March 17-20, 2011, the four-day fair fills the halls of the SMX Convention Center with a fiesta atmosphere highlighting a chosen festival from among the country’s 17 regions.
Succeeding editions of NTF shall carry forth the Festive Philippines theme, featuring a new and exciting fiesta. The Fair, through the Fiesta Region Program, will promote the respective region’s culture, tourism and economy in one grand event.
2011 serves as an exciting year for the National Trade Fair, as it revives the Product Development Program and incorporates expansions such as the Art Zone, a visual arts showcase; and the Nature, Trees and Forest, a program that supports NTF’s advocacy for eco-friendly products.
The NTF 2011 also marks the evolution and enhancement of the Gawad Ginintuang Yaman (GGY). The awards honor the extraordinary contributions of individuals or institutions in uplifting the Philippine economy through their own advocacies or respective businesses, while supporting NTF in sustaining quality and innovation in MSME development.
The showcase of raw and semi-processed materials initiated in 2009 continues in next year’s NTF, providing a varied selection from 50 companies. Similarly, trainings and seminars that center on skills enhancement, business management and financing program will again be available for interested participants during the fair.
To date, 162 exhibitors have already signed up for NTF’s grand re-launch.
A platform for launching new products and services, NTF has helped thousands of MSMEs in brand building, increasing sales and gaining new customers for the last 20 years.
Feel the excitement as we come closer to the re-launch of the National Trade Fair.
Mark your calendars!
