The right steps towards hunting a job is the preparedness of one self to hunt down in the battle fields and search the right path of roads, avoiding labyrinth paths that would hastenly hoist you down on the thorny pit. We have paramount of graduates from different universities and colleges and of course associated and vocational graduates who whip their resumes to impress the human resource of the different companies they applied for. But they are still in a long queue waiting for the right technical job.
What is happening right now is the prevalent anemia of jobs vacancy in the different seats of companies; maybe this is still the tail effect of global recessions. The rise and fall of the economy in the Philippines and even abroad affect the lives of the individual in social development that creates social reform, The Philippine government is pushing the Dept. of Labor and Employment to have a statistics of companies who need workers, this is one of the panacea that could kill un employment mania in the country.
There are BPO (Business process outsource) hosted by the different voice markets and none voice markets, to make things lucid these are the call centers and the back office management that create employment thru human resource capitalism. These companies create a pool of recruitment via Job Fairs and posting different Technical jobs to the jobs seekers. At first, the job seekers in different archipelago are enjoying the strong campaign of the Philippine Government, as this was the beginning of new hope for the aspiring workers in different regions to find a job with out expending money going to the central capital of the Philippines that is Manila. But the result wasn’t enough to raise the torch to the turf of job seekers. In other words Jobs Fairs could not answer the plight of the Filipino Technical workers who seek for a good occupation.
Now, the job fairs are still existing, there are Job fairs that offers promises glued in their banners, concomitant with good compensation with numerous perks. A fair job is a job fair, it’s in the context of providing jobs to the technical workers, and it connotes technical word because it has something to do with the skills and brain. Basically it is philippine technical on sides of knowledge and skills. The advertisements on the Jobs fair are full of glitters and quantity of sponsorships comes from the other company. This is the game of today’s competition, human capitalism needs to be paid and be advertised.
Aside from Job Fairs, we have technical jobs that can be searched in the internet, there are avalanche of it in the internet also, but we need to check if the site is just a decoy or creates under ground business that let the individual signed up and oblige to pay money via paypal or visa card to avail news letters and direct principals who will do the direct hiring. This is inevitable, the recruiters are soaring high in the social application sites and because of that there are many philippine jobs that were abused.
Finding a technical job has a limitation, jobs fair and web jobs are good. It needs our evaluation and preparedness. If we have preparations and anticipation then we can select the best technical jobs that suit for us, everyday there are infancy of technical jobs, it’s an avalanche of jobs out there in the jungle.
