Have you found yourself a role model? Several people have their each role model I’m sure. Though it’s not compulsory to have one, it’s kind of significant for some people. It gives them hope, inspirations, motivations, and something to look forward to. A role model is something good and perfect that someone wants to copy or imitate. I am not encouraging idolatry here instead; I am helping everyone choose their perfect role model. Guillermo Haro can be considered one of those role model candidates that you might want to admire. He’s a philosopher and astronomer who helped this nation a lot through his discoveries and inventions.
Haro grew up in Mexico and took up his course there while being a scholar in a laboratory. Hundreds of famous inventions and discoveries today are contributions of Guillermo Haro and you just might not know it yet. It is amazing how Guillermo was once a simple child following someone as his role model and now becoming the most perfect role model of all. With pure hard work, passion, and inspiration, he was able to accomplish so much at an early age. He also went to Harvard in United States to deepen his understanding. He wasn’t contented with what he knows and he continued learning new things despite with what he already has reached.
Guillermo Haro inspires me in some special way that I cannot fathom myself. All I understand is that he’s a very great, excellent, brilliant, super astronomer and philosopher who kept his feet on the ground while being on the top. I am inspired not by his inventions alone but I am struck the most in his perseverance, and passion on what he is doing. It clearly shows that a simple and ordinary citizen can always achieve everything as long as you put your heart into it and strive to be successful.
