Our website is the result of 12 months of coordinated development work by our team, from designing the concept incorporating cutting edge internet developments, research and marketing and extensive trialling with hospitality professionals .
Our goal at Addom™, has been to provide visitors to our website with a captivating, interactive, productive and more in depth experience than conventional job searching and staff recruitment rather than just giving a face lift to the standard job site format, we have torn it up and started from the ground up.
The Addom™ platform features job search including advanced filtering and visual mapping for seekers, direct access to job seekers by recruiters, career enhancement opportunities through enhanced profiles, instant contact, profile building, and other business pursuits all in live time. Addom™ serves everyone in the hospitality industry from the largest hotel or restaurant chain to the family run pub in the countryside.
During our development phase we quickly realised that CV databases and the quality of CV’s varies so much and a huge amount of time is wasted wading through dissimilar formats. At Addom we think we have solved this problem through a smart professional, engaging and personnel ‘profile’ giving all job searchers the chance to showcase their skills and personality even before contact with the possible employer, after all unemployment is no joking matter and our goal is to give people the tools to achieve the employment they desire.
