Startup Coffee Bar Serves Triple-Certified Coffee

There's a new independent Organic Coffee Bar in Folsom, CA.

Barrett's Coffee Bar opened its doors on May 15, 2005. Located next to Ralph's Market at the corner of Blue Ravine Rd. and E. Natomas in Folsom, CA, the coffee bar has a cheery color palette and comfy atmosphere. Many customers compliment about the wall murals, which show a veiw of the Tuscan Hillside, in honor of Italy, and the origination of Espresso specialty coffee.

Barrett's Coffee Bar serves 100% Organic, Shade Grown, Fair Trade Certified Coffee (also known as Triple-Certified coffee) from a Northwest Roastery called Grounds For Change (www.groundsforchange.com), and uses only Organic Milk in all of our drinks.

Barrett's Mission is to serve our customers quickly and efficiently while upholding the highest quality in our coffee and drink preperation, and providing personalized, friendly service. Coffee is ground fresh for each pot of coffee and each espresso drink prepared.

Barrett's offers a wide selection of Organic Fair Trade Teas, as well as refreshing cool drinks like Ice Blended Coffee drinks and Smoothies. A nice selection of sodas, bottled juices and drinks are available, as well as pastries brought in from local bakers. Bulk coffee is very affordable for customers to take home.

Barrett's Coffee Bar is a great gathering place and coffee escape for the Folsom community and may even appeal to Organic enthusiasts in surrounding areas. Saturday night is Open Mic night. Anyone can come in and sign up for their time to entertain.

Customers feel good that their coffee purchase helps to promote a cleaner environment, habitat for migratory birds,and a fair price for the coffee farmer.
