WALTHAM, MA, January 31, 2007 — Photovac, Inc. is pleased to announce the addition of Lon Loken, Olga Pavleyeva, and Dennis Wrona to its team of talented professionals.

Lon Loken joins the company as the Vice President of North American Sales and Marketing to strengthen Photovac’s sales efforts in both North America and International areas. Mr. Loken has had extensive experience working with instrumentation for the environmental and hygiene markets, including several years as Sales & Marketing Manager – Portable Instruments for Thermo Electron’s Environmental Instruments Division. He has most recently been a Product Manager for Mettler – Toledo Thornton.

In addition to working with Photovac’s network of independent sales representatives and distributors, Lon Loken will be establishing a stronger product marketing effort to increase the company’s visibility in the marketplace. He will be assisted in this effort by Olga Pavleyeva as Marketing Manager, who held similar positions at Gavazzi Computing Solutions and Ugarit, Inc.

The finance and accounting support effort is being expanded with the addition of Dennis Wrona as the Controller. He will oversee all finance and accounting functions of the company. Mr. Wrona has had experience in these areas while employed by Accenture, the consulting segment of Arthur Anderson, and Digital Equipment, as well as a number of smaller hardware and software firms. Alan Barber will continue as CFO (Interim) and provide technical assistance on all financial matters.

“These management additions will strengthen our sales, marketing, and financial activities to support the growth we expect in the near future,” said Frank Wezniak, Chairman of Photovac, Inc. “They will really help us achieve those results. Welcome aboard!”
