NREI Club meetings for the Walnut Creek chapter will be held on the first Monday of every month at the Walnut Creek Marriott. The prominent speakers on the commencement evening of the new chapter on Monday April 2nd, 2007 – Pritam Sinha and Edwin Yeh will showcase some exciting investment opportunities and the secrets of credit.
The addition of this new chapter at Walnut Creek will provide investors in Contra Costa and Solano Counties with a more populated environment for networking and access to the club’s unique blend of educational resources and investment opportunities.
This week, Pritam Sinha will teach investors how they can have impeccable credit and have access to hundreds of thousands of dollars in personal and business credit. Pritam’s presentation will show you how to build credit from scratch, a step-by-step plan on having over $2,000,000 in lines of credit within the next 24 months, how to get hundreds of thousands of dollars in business lines of credit that do not appear on your personal credit, along with 5 simple ways to make money using borrowed money.
Also speaking at the seminar is Edwin Yeh accompanied by a few of his partners. They will speak about some investment opportunities that will be available to professional investors through NREI Club. With 14 years of combined experience in distressed mortgage investment, Edwin and his partners will show investors educational background materials about the eco-system of the non-performing loan industry. “Even with sub-prime lenders going under everywhere,” Edwin will show you how distressed mortgages can be “turned into the best value investments.”
This evening seminar is complemented by the 2-day weekend boot camp, which will take place on Saturday and Sunday April 7th and 8th.
