Faridabad, Thursday, August 26, 2010: Following the fast pace of construction work at Triveni Galaxy in Faridabad, Triveni now takes initiatives to become more customer-oriented. With a vision to provide affordable abode to the common man, Triveni moves ahead striving to offer better and quicker services to the people it caters.
The work in Triveni Galaxy at Faridabad is in full swing with the completion of the roof structures of Tower 16 up to the sixteenth floor and that of Tower 1 up to the tenth. Such speediness in the construction has been a very positive sign for the organisation and its customers. Besides, there are a number of ongoing and planned projects of Triveni Infrastructure in Faridabad, Ghaziabad, Gurgaon, Agra, Vrindaban and Delhi. All these projects are expected to be completed quickly and offer new horizons to the aspirations of the consumers.
The new website of Triveni Infrastructure would be launched shortly and is expected to be much more user-friendly, informative and interactive than the existing one. Regular updates on the construction work at various project sites and their photographs would be uploaded on this website. Besides, Triveni would also be issuing press releases, newsletters and e-mailers regarding its various activities. All these aim at bridging any existing communication gap between Triveni Infrastructure’s management and the people who are an integral part of the Triveni family.
Speaking on this occassion, Mr. Madhur Mittal, Joint Promoter, TIDCO, said, “The single most influential factor that drove us in taking these initiatives was our determination to make Triveni a more customer-friendly organisation. We are very happy with the progress of Triveni Galaxy at Faridabad. The project would be completed by mid-2011. Following this, our effort gets more resolute and the offering better.
