(AddPR) Royane Real, author of several self help books and reports available at her website http://www.lulu.com/real has written a short self help booklet that she says offers hope to many people who suffer from a fear of being rejected by others.
Royane says, "People who have a fear of being rejected are often very lonely. Despite the fact that they may have attractive personalities, their fear of rejection leads them to avoid social situations. They have difficulty making new friends or starting romantic relationships. A fear of being rejected can even limit their career prospects. They may avoid taking part in social activities and be reluctant to apply for new jobs because of their intense fear of being rejected."
According to Royane Real, "Nobody really enjoys being rejected, but for people who are socially confident, being rejected is a minor experience that is quickly forgotten. However, for people who are shy and lonely, rejection can be a long lasting and emotionally traumatic experience. This can often lead to a fear of rejection that destroys a person
