(2007-02-16) The Speaking Channel to Launch New Television Show: “Bully Pulpits: Speaking Secrets of World Famous Leaders”

TJ Walker to host new show on The Speaking Channel. "Bully Pulpits" will feature famous speakers in conjunction with Walker's expert analysis and communication tips.

The Speaking Channel is proud to announce the launch of its newest daily program, “Bully Pulpits: Speaking Secrets of World Famous Leaders”. The Speaking Channel is a broadband television network rooted in speaking-related content. “Bully Pulpits” will focus on public figures and their effective methods of communication.

“Bully Pulpits” will be hosted be renowned speaking expert, TJ Walker. Walker will entertain, educate and inspire by showing brief video clips of world famous speakers. Then, he will analyze exactly what that particular speaker is doing well in order to connect and communicate with the audience. Such analyses will not only provide practical information and tips on how to communicate more effectively but will also inspire viewers to improve their own level of speaking.

The value of this unique program stems from the inclusion of famous speakers. Foremost, the clips are entertaining and educational on their own because they present public figures in an array of speaking situations. However, because Walker focuses on both the strengths and weaknesses of these speakers, he is able to demonstrate to viewers that even the best speakers made mistakes. This realization gives people the confidence they need to banish their own self-doubts in regards to public speaking.

The juxtaposition of historical speeches and present day speaking advice results in worthwhile programming that will instruct, entertain and empower. Tune in to the first episode on Monday, February 19th, at www.speakingchannel.tv.
