(2007-01-27) 5 Social Networking Masters Expose MySpace's Dirty Little Secret

Most social networking sites have rules against advertising. However the majority of the sites users break this rule in one way or another, some even make a living from it. Five skilled MySpace members join forces to reveal exactly how it is done.

Guru Of Interviews dot com will be holding a teliseminar series on social networking in the early weeks of February. This event will specifically focus on how the average internet user can make a living off of sites like MySpace. The series will be kicked off with a free call that is scheduled for January 28th at 6pm Eastern time. Signup for the free call can be found on the Guru Of Interviews website.

Social networking sites are a big part of the Internet's newest craze called Web 2.0. Sites like Friendster and Myspace are known for bringing together millions of people by providing them with a way to communicate and interact with each other.

MySpace alone has over 150 million registered profiles. They also receive more traffic than the Internet giant Google. But they selectively enforce a rule in their terms of service (TOS) that states nobody can advertise inside of their community.

The majority of MySpace's users decide not follow this rule. Some use this resource to promote themselves, their band, a comedy act, a movie, and some even make a living from it. Many people get away with this while MySpace strictly punishes others and does not think twice or even warn them before banning their accounts.

However some marketers have learned the ins and outs of these huge social networking communities. They have adapted ways to fly under the radar of the authorities and continue to make money. Recently five of them have been asked and agreed to answer the publics questions and reveal the methods of how to make a living on social networking sites.

When Terry Brazil the owner of Guru Of Interviews was asked how this event all came together he had this to say. "It all started out as a new years resolution. I was looking for a way to get more traffic to my sites for obvious reasons. I kept on seeing the subject mentioned so I decided to do some research. In the process of doing so I met five great people. I guess I was just lucky enough to get them open up to me and show everyone how they can make a living by leveraging some of the Internet's most powerful sites."
